Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes and societal values
- Conduct risk assessments for AI systems across fairness, bias, and transparency dimensions
- Develop governance policies for AI deployment in high-impact sectors (healthcare, finance, autonomous systems)
- Lead cross-functional ethics audits and compliance reviews for AI products
- Advocate for ethical AI principles through stakeholder engagement and industry partnerships
- Monitor emerging AI ethics trends and regulatory developments to inform strategy
- Create educational resources to build ethical AI literacy across the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible AI implementation
- Expertise in bias mitigation, fairness metrics, and explainable AI techniques
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- Proven experience developing organizational ethics policies and governance structures
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable guidelines
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Stanford HAI) highly preferred
