- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethical frameworks aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Conduct bias audits and ethical risk assessments for autonomous systems and predictive models
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with C-suite executives and research scientists
- Author industry white papers on AI governance and responsible innovation
- Advocate for ethical AI principles at congressional hearings and international forums
- Mentor ethics task forces across 15 global R&D centers
- Design real-time ethical monitoring systems for deployed AI infrastructure
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, AI, or related field with 5+ years applied ethics experience
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI governance frameworks
- Proven track record advising Fortune 100 companies on AI ethics implementations
- Published research in top-tier journals on algorithmic fairness and transparency
- Deep technical understanding of neural networks and quantum computing
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in AI Ethics from IEEE or equivalent professional body
