Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026 compliance
- Lead cross-functional working groups to align technical teams with ethical standards
- Conduct risk assessments for AI deployments across autonomous systems and data analytics
- Partner with legal teams to navigate evolving AI regulations and international standards
- Create ethics training programs for 500+ employees and executive leadership
- Represent the organization in global AI ethics forums and policy discussions
- Measure and report on ethical AI metrics using our proprietary Impact Dashboard
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, compliance, or responsible tech governance
- Proven experience developing enterprise-wide ethical AI frameworks
- Expertise in regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Strong background in stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
- Published research in AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
- Certification in AI ethics governance (e.g., IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
