Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with emerging global regulations
- Conduct bias audits and algorithmic fairness assessments across all AI systems
- Lead stakeholder engagements to establish transparent AI governance policies
- Design ethical review processes for high-impact AI deployments
- Proactively identify and mitigate emerging AI ethics risks
- Drive industry thought leadership through whitepapers and speaking engagements
- Mentor cross-functional teams on ethical AI implementation strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics, or compliance roles
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving regulatory landscapes
- Proven experience conducting algorithmic bias assessments
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong background in machine learning fundamentals and AI system architecture
- Certification in AI ethics or data governance (e.g., CDPSE, CIPM) preferred
