Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years AI research experience
- Expertise in fairness, accountability, and transparency (FAT) algorithms
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proven track record publishing in top-tier AI ethics journals/conferences
- Experience with adversarial testing of autonomous systems
- Strong background in applied ethics with technical implementation skills
- Ability to translate complex ethical concepts into engineering requirements
