- Establish industry-wide ethical standards for human-AI symbiotic interfaces
- Partner with policy think tanks to shape regulatory frameworks for AI deployment
- Create real-time ethical monitoring systems for critical infrastructure AI
- Author thought leadership on AI ethics for global technology summits
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy, or Computational Social Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years leading ethics initiatives in Fortune 500 tech or AI research institutions
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience with quantum computing ethics or neuro-technology interfaces
- Fluency in Python/R for ethical impact modeling
