- Establish governance protocols for AI deployment in high-impact domains (healthcare, finance, autonomous systems)
- Proactively identify emerging ethical risks in AI systems and recommend mitigation strategies
- Create educational materials and training programs on AI ethics for cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology governance roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics for machine learning models
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST framework, state-level AI laws)
- Experience conducting ethical risk assessments for AI systems in regulated industries
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Certification in AI ethics, data privacy, or related governance frameworks (e.g., CIPP, CIPM)
