Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI governance or algorithmic auditing
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Published research on algorithmic bias or fairness metrics
- Familiarity with GDPR, EU AI Act, and NIST AI RMF
- Strong background in policy analysis and stakeholder communication
- Certification in Responsible AI (e.g., IBM, Google, or Microsoft)
