Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech
- Deep understanding of bias mitigation techniques in machine learning
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong written/verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with generative AI risks and deployment challenges
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI (e.g., IBM, Google)
- Portfolio demonstrating ethics framework implementations
