Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026 product launches
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for machine learning models
- Advise product teams on ethical AI design and deployment strategies
- Create regulatory compliance documentation for evolving AI legislation
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in generative AI technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or compliance roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation and fairness metrics for ML models
- Strong understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global regulations
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and ethics communication
- Knowledge of generative AI architectures and deployment challenges
