Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and generative models
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for high-stakes AI deployments
- Lead stakeholder dialogues with policymakers, engineers, and civil society groups
- Develop governance protocols for AI transparency and explainability
- Establish industry benchmarks for ethical AI development lifecycle
- Mentor cross-functional teams on responsible AI implementation
- Author thought leadership on emerging ethical challenges in AI
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or Juris Doctor with AI specialization
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology governance roles
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Published research on algorithmic bias or AI transparency
- Experience with large language model ethical deployment
- Strong background in participatory design methodologies
- Certification in AI ethics governance (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
