Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI deployment strategies
- Monitor emerging regulatory landscapes and advise on compliance requirements
- Author thought leadership on AI ethics for industry publications and conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, policy, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML systems
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong stakeholder management with technical/non-technical audiences
- Published work on AI ethics or technology ethics topics
- Proficiency in Python for bias auditing tools
