Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI and machine learning models for large-scale production environments.
- Lead architectural decisions regarding data pipelines, model training, and inference optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing software ecosystems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and MLOps to drive innovation within the company.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry best practices for AI ethics.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven experience in deploying and serving large language models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
