Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI and automation roadmap for 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the architectural design for integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise workflows.
- Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to translate strategic vision into technical execution.
- Identify emerging AI trends (e.g., AGI, Edge AI) and assess their potential impact on our business.
- Oversee the deployment of ethical AI frameworks and data governance policies.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or Product Management.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in high-growth environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps pipelines.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
