Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology forecasts across quantum AI, neural augmentation, and decentralized networks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align engineering teams on futuristic implementation roadmaps
- Author white papers on ethical AI governance frameworks for regulatory bodies
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify breakthrough startups in post-quantum security
- Represent company at Davos, Web Summit, and IEEE Future Horizons conferences
- Design human-centric technology adoption models for Fortune 500 clients
- Establish KPIs for measuring societal impact of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 10+ years in strategic technology planning
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning or neuro-interfaces
- Experience advising governments on AI policy (e.g., EU AI Act, US National AI Initiative)
- Deep expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, and synthetic biology convergence
- Proven track record of scaling AI systems to 1B+ user environments
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of 2020-2025 technology predictions with >80% accuracy
