Responsibilities
- Forecast 3-5 year technology trends and their market implications
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen technology deployment
- Secure partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Present strategic vision to investors and board members
- Mentor junior innovators through our Tech Vanguard program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum, AI, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Experience with agile methodologies and lean innovation frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategy
