Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 industry forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI and quantum systems
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, neuromorphic computing, climate tech) for competitive advantage
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and Fortune 500 R&D labs
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
- Drive innovation sprints focused on solving 2026's most critical challenges
- Mentor junior strategists in future tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record in developing tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, and blockchain ecosystems
- Published research or patents in future technologies (2020-2025)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, R, or Julia)
