Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and neurotechnology integration
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 market potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into product blueprints
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology adoption and deployment
- Author thought leadership papers and keynote presentations at industry conferences
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in strategic technology planning and innovation management
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, brain-computer interfaces
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFIP) preferred
