Responsibilities
- Develop predictive AI models forecasting technological convergence points (2025-2035)
- Lead cross-functional projects integrating quantum AI with neuro-interface systems
- Author white papers on ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Collaborate with governments on policy frameworks for emerging technologies
- Identify commercialization pathways for lab-scale breakthroughs
- Mentor PhD candidates in our Future Tech Fellowship program
- Present at global forums like Davos and Web Summit
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years
- Published research in Nature/Science on machine learning or quantum systems
- Proven track record of scaling AI from prototype to production
- Deep expertise in reinforcement learning and generative adversarial networks
- Experience with neuromorphic computing architectures
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ patented technologies
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
- Understanding of socio-ethical implications of exponential technologies
