Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap for AI integration and quantum readiness.
- Lead the architecture of hybrid AI systems capable of leveraging both classical and quantum computing resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product features that align with future technological standards.
- Oversee the migration of legacy data infrastructure to support high-performance quantum algorithms.
- Establish ethical guidelines and compliance frameworks for autonomous systems in the 2026 era.
- Present technical strategies to executive stakeholders to secure buy-in for long-term R&D investments.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, machine learning engineering, or quantum computing.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations or infrastructure overhauls.
- Deep understanding of neural networks, large language models (LLMs), and emerging quantum algorithms.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior engineers and define technical culture.
- Experience working in high-paced, innovation-driven environments.
