Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual "Horizon 2026" technology forecasts for AI, biotech, and autonomous systems
- Design strategic innovation frameworks to integrate emerging technologies into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align organizational vision with future trends
- Establish ethical guidelines for next-gen AI deployment in regulated industries
- Represent the company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts to maintain competitive intelligence advantage
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years in AI/ML research
- Proven track record of publishing technology roadmaps adopted by Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing implications and neuro-symbolic AI
- Experience advising governments on AI policy frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, US NIST guidelines)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major technology foresight projects implemented at scale
