- Develop and implement a 5-year strategic innovation roadmap for AI-driven technologies targeting 2026 market adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams of AI researchers, engineers, and product designers to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, AGI) and translate insights into actionable business strategies
- Forge strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and Fortune 500 companies for collaborative R&D initiatives
- Present innovation frameworks and future forecasts to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Secure and manage $10M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic innovation or futurism leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching AI products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in forecasting technology adoption curves and market disruption patterns
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futurist Studies
- Published thought leadership in top-tier AI/innovation journals (Nature AI, MIT Tech Review)
