Responsibilities
- Develop and execute AI strategy for 2026+ product roadmap, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging AI technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AGI precursors) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to envision future AI applications and user experiences
- Author thought leadership content positioning FutureHorizon in the AI ecosystem
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate futuristic AI concepts
- Analyze global tech policy and ethical frameworks impacting AI development
- Represent the company at industry conferences and futurist forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML strategy, product development, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of anticipating tech trends and translating them into business value
- Deep expertise in generative AI, neural networks, and emerging ML paradigms
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in AI ethics or technology evolution
- Portfolio demonstrating future-thinking AI strategy implementations
