Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping AI advancements through 2026 and beyond

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and disruptive threats
- Design and implement AI governance policies ensuring compliance with evolving regulations
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling executive narratives
- Mentor cross-functional teams on AI future-readiness and innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in AI/ML strategy, research, or implementation leadership
- Proven track record of developing AI roadmaps with 3-5 year horizons
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Deep understanding of AI regulatory landscapes (US/EU/Asia)
- Experience with emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field
- Published work in AI ethics, policy, or future-of-work studies preferred
