Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Computer Science, or related field (Master's with exceptional experience)
- 10+ years in AI research with 5+ years in strategic planning
- Published work on AI ethics or future technology forecasting
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural architecture search, or explainable AI
- Proven track record leading cross-functional tech initiatives
