As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will design, deploy, and maintain the complex systems that power our global AI solutions. You will bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and production-grade reliability, ensuring our platforms are ready for the future.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI inference architectures for cloud-native environments.
- Optimize model deployment pipelines to reduce latency and maximize throughput.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate emerging AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, Generative AI) into stable infrastructure.
- Ensure 99.99% uptime and fault tolerance for mission-critical AI workloads.
- Lead architectural reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices for MLOps and DevOps.
- Implement robust security protocols to protect sensitive data in AI training and inference environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on infrastructure and systems design.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Go, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep experience with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of optimizing large-scale machine learning workloads.
- Strong understanding of networking, storage, and database systems (NoSQL, distributed databases).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Terraform), and monitoring tools.
