Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML frameworks for 2026 product roadmap
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying production-level machine learning models
- Drive innovation in generative AI and neural network architectures
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks and compliance protocols
- Present AI strategy to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct technical workshops
- Partner with product teams to translate business needs into AI solutions
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends through continuous research
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Proven track record of deploying ML systems at scale
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Experience with generative AI and LLM fine-tuning
- Strong background in MLOps and CI/CD for ML pipelines
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
