Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning or equivalent industry experience (8+ years)
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Expertise in transformer architectures and reinforcement learning
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI systems
- Strong background in MLOps and cloud-native AI deployment
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
