Responsibilities
- Lead the research and design of advanced AI models and quantum algorithms to solve real-world problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, hardware engineers, and product managers to integrate cutting-edge technology into our core platforms.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI systems to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and ethical compliance.
- Publish research findings in top-tier conferences and journals to establish Synthetix 2026 as an industry thought leader.
- Optimize existing machine learning pipelines for scalability and performance on quantum hardware.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI or Quantum Computing.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML research or software development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Deep understanding of machine learning fundamentals, neural networks, and natural language processing.
- Proven track record of publishing research or delivering high-impact technical projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
