Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum-enhanced neural networks for 2026 deployment
- Develop novel AI architectures bridging consciousness simulation and ethical frameworks

Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Quantum Computing, or Computational Neuroscience (or equivalent breakthrough work)
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature/Science/NeurIPS)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, quantum ML, and neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record of scaling ML systems to 10M+ parameter models
- Experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ industry-shaping AI deployments
