Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for temporal data processing
- Lead quantum machine learning experiments using hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Develop adaptive neural networks capable of unsupervised domain transfer learning
- Collaborate with neuromorphic engineering teams on bio-inspired computing solutions
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Prototype ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous decision systems
- Mentor junior researchers through our 2026 Talent Incubation Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, Computational Neuroscience, or Physics (or equivalent research experience)
- 3+ years developing production-grade deep learning systems at scale
- Expertise in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Published record in top-tier ML/AI conferences (minimum 5 papers)
- Mastery of PyTorch/TensorFlow with distributed training optimization
- Experience with neuromorphic computing (Intel Loihi, IBM TrueNorth)
- Proficiency in C++ for high-performance algorithm implementation
- Strong background in ethical AI alignment and safety protocols
