Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML leadership with 5+ years directing enterprise-level AI strategy
- Published research in Nature or Science journals on neural network optimization
- Proven track record scaling AI teams to 200+ engineers across 3 continents
- Expertise in quantum computing algorithms and federated learning architectures
- Certification in AI ethics frameworks (IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
