Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-forward AI roadmaps aligning with market forecasts and emerging technology trends
- Lead end-to-end implementation of enterprise AI solutions with measurable ROI
- Establish ethical AI frameworks and governance protocols for future deployments
- Direct research in quantum-AI hybrid systems and autonomous decision-making architectures
- Collaborate with product teams to embed AI capabilities across 15+ product lines
- Present AI strategy to executive stakeholders and board members quarterly
- Mentor junior AI strategists and foster cross-functional innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Expertise in deploying enterprise-scale AI solutions across diverse industries
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or equivalent impact
- Deep understanding of quantum computing fundamentals and their AI applications
- Proven track record of translating AI capabilities into $10M+ revenue streams
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related quantitative field
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud AI platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Experience with AI ethics frameworks and responsible AI implementation
