Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze system logs and performance metrics during night operations to ensure 100% uptime.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and resolving support tickets for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement software updates and security patches during low-traffic windows.
- Perform routine data entry, report generation, and quality assurance checks with high accuracy.
- Document technical processes and contribute to the knowledge base for future reference.
- Support the team during peak operational periods and emergency night shifts.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must be available to start between May and September (Summer/Fall 2024).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Basic knowledge of networking, databases, or scripting languages is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
