Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 system monitoring and incident response during night shift hours
- Assist with data analysis, reporting, and documentation of technical processes

- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning sessions
- Test and troubleshoot software applications in a live production environment
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Shadow senior engineers during critical system maintenance windows
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Basic understanding of programming concepts (Python, Java, or C++)
- Availability to work 20-30 hours per week on night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team
- Must have reliable transportation to our LA facility
