Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and testing software applications under senior developer guidance
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions
- Contribute to user experience research and design documentation
- Support data analysis and reporting for product improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles
- Present project findings and progress to team leads
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program (any major)
- Strong academic standing (minimum 3.0 GPA preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and basic web tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in team environments
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving aptitude
- Available to work 20-30 hours/week during summer months
