Responsibilities
- Code Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in modern programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Testing & Debugging: Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including unit testing, integration testing, and troubleshooting bugs in production environments.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation to ensure code is understandable by other team members.
- Mentorship: Engage in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions to continuously improve technical skills.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Students currently pursuing these degrees are welcome to apply for internship tracks.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of software development principles and at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, or C# preferred).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Work Ethic: A proactive attitude, high attention to detail, and a passion for continuous learning.
