Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create a comprehensive strategic vision for AI integration, identifying key technologies and trends that will define the market in 2026 and beyond.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with engineering, product, and executive leadership to translate technical capabilities into business value.
- AI Governance & Ethics: Establish frameworks for ethical AI usage, ensuring compliance with emerging regulations and maintaining user trust.
- Partnership Development: Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech leaders to drive research and innovation.
- Investment Strategy: Guide capital allocation for R&D in emerging fields such as generative AI, quantum computing interfaces, and autonomous systems.
- Market Positioning: Articulate the company's AI superiority to stakeholders, investors, and the press.
Qualifications
- Executive Experience: 10+ years of experience in executive leadership, strategy, or senior engineering roles within a major tech organization.
- AI Expertise: Deep technical understanding of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate industry shifts and position a company to capitalize on them.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated passion for emerging technologies and a clear vision for the future of AI.
