Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of Generative AI and Large Language Models into core product workflows.
- Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a world-class engineering team of 60+ developers.
- Infrastructure: Oversee the migration to scalable, edge-computing architectures to support real-time data processing.
- Product Innovation: Partner with product leadership to prototype and validate futuristic technologies.
- Security & Compliance: Establish robust security protocols for decentralized data systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: 12+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in a CTO or VP of Engineering leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, Rust, and Cloud Native technologies (Kubernetes, AWS).
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated experience implementing emerging technologies (WebGPU, Neural Interfaces) in production environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
