Responsibilities
- Assist the customer service team with incoming inquiries via phone and email.
- Perform accurate data entry and database maintenance for client records.
- Organize and file physical and digital documents to ensure company records are up to date.
- Learn and utilize CRM software to track customer interactions.
- Prepare weekly reports summarizing key data points.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old or currently enrolled in a high school or college program.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Reliable access to a computer and high-speed internet.
