Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and updating social media accounts and company blogs.
- Conduct keyword research and basic SEO tasks to improve web visibility.
- Create engaging content for newsletters and digital campaigns.
- Analyze website traffic and user engagement data using Google Analytics.
- Support the technical team in troubleshooting basic software issues and hardware maintenance.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Organize and maintain digital files and project documentation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Marketing, IT, Business, or related field preferred).
- Strong interest in digital marketing, technology, or customer service.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
