Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team in executing weekend social media campaigns and content scheduling.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage and update the company’s CRM database and internal documentation systems.
- Support the IT department in troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for client projects.
- Monitor website analytics and prepare weekly performance reports for management.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating weekend team-building events and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per weekend (Saturday or Sunday).
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic understanding of SEO, social media platforms, or data entry is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
