Responsibilities
- SEO & Content Strategy: Assist in conducting keyword research and optimizing web content to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Social Media Management: Curate and post engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, monitoring engagement metrics and community interaction.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and prepare weekly reports highlighting key insights and growth opportunities.
- Graphic Design Support: Create simple graphics, banners, and marketing assets using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Email Marketing: Help draft and segment email newsletters to nurture leads and engage with our subscriber base.
- Market Research: Analyze competitor activities and industry trends to provide actionable recommendations to the marketing team.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of SEO principles and familiarity with social media platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Writing Skills: Strong command of the English language with excellent grammar, spelling, and copywriting abilities.
- Soft Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Ability to articulate ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing, with a professional demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work at least 15-20 hours per week, including some flexibility for evening events or off-site meetings.
