Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s strategic vision for the year 2026, focusing on AI-driven transformation and digital convergence.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and integrating next-generation technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Readiness) into core business models.
- Identify emerging market trends and competitive threats to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology roadmaps with business objectives and revenue goals.
- Oversee the development of prototypes and proof-of-concepts for futuristic products.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of long-term innovation initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic leadership, product management, or technology consulting, with at least 5 years in AI or advanced tech.
- Proven track record of leading organizational change and managing large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Deep understanding of AI architectures, machine learning lifecycles, and emerging tech ecosystems.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Strong communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant advanced degree (MBA or MS in Computer Science/Engineering) preferred.
