Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 AI Strategy roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide generative AI and machine learning solutions.
- Oversee the ethical development and deployment of AI models, ensuring compliance with global regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to identify high-impact AI use cases and drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of AI researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to maintain QuantumLeap’s market leadership.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (10+ years of experience required).
- Proven track record of leading AI strategy and roadmap planning for large-scale technology organizations.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Strong background in ethical AI, responsible AI practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-million dollar budgets and cross-functional teams.
