Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI integration leading up to 2026.
- Lead a high-performance team of Data Scientists and ML Engineers in developing proprietary algorithms.
- Collaborate with product management to translate business goals into technical AI solutions.
- Ensure data privacy, ethics, and compliance in all AI deployments.
- Oversee the infrastructure scaling required to support next-gen AI workloads.
- Present technical strategies to the executive board and stakeholders.
- Establish partnerships with leading AI research institutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI leadership.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale machine learning projects.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI models.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with strategic planning and roadmap development.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
