Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, focusing on AGI, Quantum Machine Learning, and Neuromorphic Computing.
- Lead a cross-functional team of AI Researchers, Quantum Engineers, and Data Scientists to integrate emerging tech stacks.
- Establish ethical frameworks and governance protocols for autonomous AI systems to ensure alignment with human values.
- Identify and prototype breakthrough technologies that will define the competitive landscape of 2026.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex technological capabilities into business strategy.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI development, or systems architecture with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in Generative AI models (LLMs, Diffusion Models) and a demonstrated understanding of their limitations.
- Familiarity with quantum computing fundamentals and hybrid quantum-classical algorithms.
- Strong background in AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI governance.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with a proven track record of driving innovation in a fast-paced environment.
