Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap aligning with corporate growth objectives
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of 15+ engineers, researchers, and innovation specialists
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential (quantum, biotech, AI)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board of directors
- Drive R&D budget allocation ($12M annual) and resource optimization
- Mentor senior technical talent and cultivate future leadership pipeline
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years at executive level
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (2020-2025 roadmap execution)
- Expertise in technology forecasting and market analysis methodologies
- Strong background in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Fluency in agile development frameworks and product lifecycle management
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (preferred)
