Responsibilities

- R&D Leadership: Lead research and development initiatives to prototype and validate future technology solutions.
- Market Forecasting: Analyze global technology trends to predict shifts in consumer behavior and industry standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for long-term projects.
- Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with academic institutions, tech startups, and industry leaders to foster innovation.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the budget for future tech projects and ensure resources are allocated efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree or PhD is preferred.
- Tech Expertise: Deep understanding of emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 timeframe (e.g., Generative AI, Blockchain, Edge Computing).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think strategically about long-term implications of technology trends.
