Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the comprehensive technology strategy for the 2026 fiscal year and long-term horizons.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- Lead the R&D division to prototype and validate cutting-edge solutions before market deployment.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with business goals and revenue targets.
- Oversee the digital transformation of legacy systems into scalable, modern architectures.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists, engineers, and strategists.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a Director or VP-level role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale technology projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps, and SaaS architecture.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and executive communication skills.
- Experience with scenario planning and long-term technology forecasting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; MBA is a plus.
